Buyer reviewOnce I contacted Ms. Ann Weaver whose picture and information was on the site where I found the land--she was immediately helpful. When I signed the agreement with her she was totally involved. She even offered to give me a ride to closing--if I needed it. I did not ever have to pick up the phone and call her, she was responsive via text, phone and/or email as needed whether with me, the seller, mortgage company, title company or wherever needed. She was always in contact with the persons involved in moving the deal along. I believe Ann Weaver is top-notch in her position. This is the 3rd property that I have purchased with a Century 21 Agent. Will not look elsewhere. Century 21 Judge Fite is a great establishment and Ann Weaver is a perfect representative of the Excellent service that they provide.
