Seller reviewThe Property I needed to sell was my parents estate, acreage with a house that needed a lot of work. Ann was able to market it and get it sold with very little effort on my part. We knew she was checking on the property and helped us get several things addressed around the home. She stayed with the potential buyer until we could get the terms that worked for both parties - which was several weeks.
