Seller reviewWe met Mr Furtney in 2009 when we were referred to him through a military home buying service. It was our first home purchase and he made the process easy to understand and seamless. When we decided to sell the same house which had been a rental for several years, we initially used the property manager's real estate service. It did not meet our expectations at all. I reached out to Mr Furtney and he immediately took over the process, gave clear guidance and expectations, and the home was sold way sooner than we expected. I have referred friends to him and will gladly do so in the future. He is honest, direct, a clear communicator, and a fellow Marine. His Corps values are clearly still on display.
