Buyer reviewArlin Patino was recommended by a friend and I am glad to have had her as my realtor. She is nice, patient, and dedicated to her customers. It doesn't matter how busy she is, if you need her help she will be there for you. I like the fact that she was more focused on helping me find a good home instead of just selling to sell. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I definitely recommend her, if you are looking to find the perfect home for your budget.

Buyer reviewCristina was highly recommended and I was told that she was very personal as opposed to my last realtor who just sent me emails about properties, so we called her specifically. She was AMAZING!!!! If a different realtor came out in her place I would have been depressed! She gave us all the local area info before we went out there, she knew how much work we would need to do, she was just FUN to have around. It is very obvious that she cared about me. You don't see that often. She went WAY above to keep me informed. If something changed, I didn't find out that day... I found out within an hour. I knew that if had any questions she was just a phone call away. She stayed on everyone else to make sure timelines were met. We almost lost the house due to the auction house trying to pull a scam and she prevented it. If it wasn't for Christina, I am sure that I would have been scammed out of thousands of dollars from this seller. I believe that if I had anyone else, they wouldn't had fought as hard and I would be totally screwed and unable to even buy a house now.

Crystal always had a positive attitude and gave us realistic expectations. Even after we bought our home, she followed up with my little family to make sure everything was done right. I never had to worry about if the job was getting done right - She had all her "ducks in a row" right from the start.
