Seller reviewApril is the most professional Realtors in Jacksonville N.C. She always makes herself available for questions and is easy to communicate with. Her knowledge of the area and housing market is top notch. She helped us buy our first home while I served in the Marine Corps. During that time she helped guide us through the entire process. Now years after getting out of the service she has given us the same great customer service in the sale of the same property. I couldn't asked for a better experience! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area.

She is the best. she got a a lot in closing costs and we actually got money back at closing which was amazing.

Buyer reviewCris was referred to me by my Son and Daughter-in-Law who were also purchasing a home and using her as their agent. We were limited in the time we had available to look at houses because we were moving from California and Cris spent a considerable amount of time making sure we had a list of houses to look at that fit our needs and didn't waste our time looking at those that did not. We had a 3 hour time difference since we were in CA. Even with that, she was available anytime and any day of the week to help us. Cris was amazing. She not only kept us continuously updated on our purchase, she kept us updated on the sale of our home in CA better than our other realtor did. She was very understanding and went far above and beyond what was expected. We had some difficulties, unrelated to Cris, and she helped get us through it. I would recommend her to anyone.
