Buyer reviewArt was our only consideration. He is like family. Couple that with his experience and knowledge of the Jacksonville real estate market, there was truly no decision required. The house selling/buying process was seamless and without stress because of Art and his wonderful staff. Art and Marissa made us feel like we were their top priority, made great recommendations on neighborhoods and properties, and handled all issues related to closing; allowing my family to concentrate on the next step in our lives. It was the easiest transition I have ever experienced, and it had the ability to be the worst. I am positive it is because of the cool, calm and collected demeanor of Art, coupled with his knowledge and love of the Jacksonville area. Art was very timely, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, patient. knowing Art personally, he is the same person as a real estate professional as you see in everyday life. That is the greatest compliment I could give anyone because his job does not change who he is. He truly loves his work and has a want to help anyone find the perfect home. Very easy. The only stress I experienced was self induced.
