When I first spoke with Cris I had called about a property a friend had seen and just called the company number. When I explained to the person who answered the phone what my needs were she put me in contact with Cris. I understand she even said to Cris, something to the effect "I think you need to help this lady (or maybe you are perfect to help this lady). From our first conversation it was like we had been friends all along. Cris worked hard to find me the right home, she went to bat with some issues on the inspection and I cannot wait to meet her in person and thank her personally.
