Buyer reviewCristina went above and beyond from initial contact through closing on our house. When we decided which house we wanted, she worked through the weekend to ensure our offer was presented as quickly as possible and ensured everything went smoothly. We were unable to see the house for ourselves before closing, so Cristina gave us a very detailed video tour, ensuring that we got to see everything the house had to offer. We were extremely pleased when we arrived and there weren't any surprises. Above excellent in all aspects. Cristina was extremely patient with our long list of considerations in our initial request. She never let more than a day or two pass without touching base to ensure we were kept informed. Cristina rapidly responded to any questions or thoughts that we had. There was never a moment throughout the process where anything was misunderstood. Cristina will be the first number we call if and when we ever need to use a realtor again. We have already referred her to friends and will continue to do so. This has been by far the best experience we have had with a realtor!
