Seller reviewSara reached out to me after I had inquired about an open house when I was buying my house. We became instant friends and she has been my guidance and rock through this process. She is always available, responding to texts while on vacation with her family. She included my boys into conversations and asked them questions. I am so thankful our paths crossed and she was the one that helped me through buying and selling.

My husband and I asked Sara many questions about the area, any contractors she knows or has used in the past for various items we wanted with our new home. We trusted her and the ones she recommended ended up being fantastic companies and people. We were from out of town and Sara met our contractors and home inspector to get into the home for us. That was so helpful for us! Sara was attentive to our questions, responsive to our questions and concerns and knowledgeable about the homes and area. She was very pleasant and available to help us.

Buyer reviewSara went above and beyond to assist me during the purchase of my new home. We were working with a very shady agent from the sellers side. That agent was non-responsive and tried pulling a lot of shenanigans (to state it nicely) when it came to agreeing to repairs on the home at closing. In fact, at the closing, we were STILL waiting for information from the sellers agent. Sara and her Broker did so good dealing with all of it on my behalf. It was a VERY frustrating transaction made as seamless as possible by Sara and her team. I can't say it enough...the entire team was there for me. THANK YOU!
