After identifying where we wanted to buy, the entire process was handled handled over the internet including a live viewing of the property and pre-closing walk thru. Very personable, not over-bearing. Kept us up to date, frequently. Took pictures of our condo that were obviously done professionally. Took the time to understand our requirements and timeline. Always had time for a response to our text or phone call. A credit to his field. You have a pro on your team! I don't think we could say anymore, other than he is excellent and a credit to his profession.

Seller reviewThe broad reach of your internet listings was critical to us. Also reaching the Myrtle Beach rather than the Pawleys Island audience. Brendon understood the importance of making some upgrades to the house while keeping the costs within reason. In the end, those upgrades probably swung the deal. He came in with the eyes of a customer and communicated their probable concerns to us so that we could address them. That proved very useful.
