Buyer reviewBrendon presented himself as a highly professional and concerning realtor. He instilled a confidence in my husband and I that his ideas how to market our home would sell it. He sold our home in a very rapid time. We had been under contract for over a year and a half with another person and feel that if we had used Brendon's services we wouldn't endured being on the market so long.

Seller reviewMy property was listed a year earlier with another realtor who provided very little communication on how my property was being marketed or feedback from potential buyers who looked at the condo. Brendan from the beginning outlined how he would market my condo and committed to keep me well informed during the listing process. Brendan Payne and the Century 21 staff, fullfilled to my complete satisfaction, all of their commitments. A very professional group to deal with.

Seller reviewThe market timing dictated that we reduce our sales price so we did not get what we had hoped for the property. The offer that was made was a "low ball" offer and it took several rounds of negotiating to complete the agreement. I thought the inspection list was a little insulting and after discussing this with Brendon and his staff we agreed on a response that the buyer ultimately approved of. The Hurricane added a delay to the closing which was out of everyone's control but made our timing on the purchase of our new property frustrating with the re-inspection of the sales property. Also, the buyer's mortgage company was slack on getting the proper paperwork completed and that too delayed the closing. The reason I would recommend Brendon and his staff was for their knowledge of the market and willingness to discuss the options with me on the selling of this property. He knows this development and how to get it posted on the social media sites which in today's market is the key to a successful sale. Thank you Brendon and your staff for making this sale a reality!

I had many conversations with Brendon over the 3 year period and he was always willing to answer questions, and give me updated information regarding the market. He was always available and made sure he stayed in touch. He went out of his way to help with the closing by getting keys for inspections and other workers because I live out of state. He was amazing and I would recommend him for all your real estate needs.

The way he presented his approach to selling our home made perfect sense and made my husband and I feel that we had finally gotten someone to represent our condo and sell it to others, he did, and we were right.
