Seller reviewWhen my father passed away very unexpectedly his condo was already on the market. Brendon Payne was handling this for him. My father was very impressed with Brendon but had not been realistic on the sale price and some things that had needed to be done in the condo in order for it to sell. Though I could have chosen someone else to sell the condo I went with Brendon based on Dad's comments and praise of him. I met with Brendon and found him to be friendly, very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I followed his advice and the condo sold within the first week it was on the market. I could not have been more pleased. After the contract was signed, Brendon's staff, in particular Marc Michaelson guided me through every step of the closing.
