Buyer reviewJanean Caugherty was a real asset as I went through the looking and buying process. She was knowledge of the area, Brookings services, and home repairs in general. As a first time home buyer this was priceless and helped me feel knowledgeable and comfortable with the choices I made. She was very practical and honest in her knowledge and suggestions. When there was a negative aspect to a home, Janean was upfront about the challenges these could present as well as solutions to the problem. Can't say enough how helpful her general knowledge and insight was!

Seller reviewI know Gayle on a personal level and knew of her reputation as a very good and effective realtor. When decided to sell my mother's house in Brookings, I went directly to Gayle and did not consider using anyone else. Gayle was very professional, and the entire sale process was effective and timely. House sold within a week and we got what the family felt was a the right sale price. Gayle did a very good job in listing and getting other realtors to know about and show the house. She was also helpful in giving advice on what should be done to get the house ready for showing. I really like the app that was used to notify me of when the house was being shown and the feedback I received after the showing. That was very helpful in keeping me informed of how many times the house was shown and the comments on the house. Gayle did a very good job in selling our mother's house. I would highly recommend her to other people that are looking at selling or buying a house. I would use her again. My experience with Gayle during the sale of the house meet my expectations. I do not feel like anything was not done right and that I would have done something differently.
