I am not sure any other realtor would have dug through 2 feet of snow to put up the for sale sign, but he did! Buyer reviewI personally feel like Janean is the best realtor in Brookings. The entire time we worked together - I felt like we were a team. I knew she was always going to go to bat for us. I was honestly a little sad when we got an accepted offer only because it was so great to work with Janean. I knew the moment I met her at an open house that she was the perfect realtor for us. Why should you hire her? She is going to keep it real with you and always has your best interest in mind. I don't know that I would have actually bought a house if I had worked with a different realtor because I was so stressed about the process. Janean normalized that stress and empathized with me. That was huge and helped me get over my nerves about the process! It is also worth noting that the house I now live in and love was not on my radar. Janean is the reason we decided to give it a look. She had listened to us at the different places we looked at and was confident that this would be something that we liked. I was totally unconvinced until we actually took a look and realized she was right. I feel like nothing speaks higher than her ability to find the perfect house for us. The last thing I want to mention is that Janean helped us purchase our current house while on the road. She got us in within an hour of my request to see it a second time. Then she did the contract and even called me the next day to tell me that we were going to be home owners. She didn't have to do any of that. She has two teammates who would have been more than happy to help us. I still cannot get over our luck in finding her. What are you waiting for?
