We were impressed with Gayle's practical approach and her ready willingness to educate us in the homebuying process. Gayle's familiarity with Brookings properties was very helpful and in several cases saved us the time of viewing some houses that she knew were not going to meet our needs or financing requirements. It was very helpful to feel like we could rely on her to tell us what we needed to know. We worked with Gayle for almost two years before finally finding our home, and she has been so patient with us that whole time! We looked at dozens of homes it seems, and Gayle was always quick to schedule a showing, even multiple showings in the same week at some points. There were times when we teased her that she must be sick if dealing with us, but she was always gracious, friendly, and informative, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions.
