Seller reviewMy broker was knowledgeable and considerate. He was especially diligent when needed Shane was amazing - especially considering our special circumstances (short time line to start a new job and need to sell before buying another house) and unexpected challenges (first buyers loss of finances a week before closing on sale and buying of new house). Shane was considerate, dillegent, and resourceful Canter say enough good things about Shane. I recommend him to everyone I didn't deal with anyone else but Shane obviously had excellent support

He helped me buy a home when I first moved to the area and when my needs changed he helped me sell that home and buy a new one closer to family. Shane is also active in the communities he serves. He provides several family fun events each year for his current and previous clients and he goes above and beyond in everything he does. Shane, Gayle and their entire team are amazing!!

We were impressed by her credentials found online and we made an appointment. As soon as we met Gayle in person, we realized that she was the perfect person to accompany us throughout our journey. Gayle never pressured us to buy for the sake of a quick commission: she took us to several tours, pointed out anything she noticed to make our choice an authentic process (things we were looking for, things that were desirable to have, and things to take into account if buying), worked hard to find answers to our questions. We learned a lot and we ended up getting the right house at the right time and at the right price! Gayle Chapel is as much a professional and dedicated realtor as she is an exquisite human being. It was our great experience that first time around that made us ask her to help up sell our home five years later. Selling a house when you live out of state is a stressful experience. Janean did such a wonderful job navigating the process with us. The house sold so quickly and thanks to her teams thoughtful approach - had multiple offers to consider.
