Seller reviewGayle Chapel and the home team made the selling of our beloved home almost painless! We felt well represented with advertising on social media and offline as well. The virtual walk-through feature is great! We received solid advice about pricing the property, and sold above our asking price. We liked that time was allowed for several showings and an open house. We also liked seeing the feedback from buyers' agents after each showing. The entire process and transaction went smoothly, even though we were already several states away. We loved the extras, like being insured before the sale and having a cleaning service provided. Gayle went the extra mile and checked out the home when a question came up about the operation of the gas stove and fireplace. She handled our questions and those of prospective buyers thoroughly. The home team worked together to give us an excellent experience. Impressed by the marketing plan, the online presence, and the reputation of the home team. Liked that community service is a part of their business model. Top notch service!
