Seller reviewShane was great to work with! In the midst of a stressful and fast-moving market, he was calm and knowledgeable. He was willing to go above and beyond to help with the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. Everything was fast-paced, but we felt that he gave us his full attention and made sure the process was smooth. Seller reviewWe talked with Shane Andersen in early 2017 about a house that was listed for sale. The house was sold fast, and we missed out. We were impressed with Shane at that time. Eventually, we purchased and installed a new mobile home in Brookings during 2017. When it came time to sell the mobile home, we called Shane and he helped us sell it last month in the slow season of winter. We were out of state owners with a house for sale, and Shane Andersen helped us immensely while we were out of the state.
