Seller reviewJeff Sutten made both buying and selling a house very easy and fun. He was very communicative and I always felt comfortable asking him questions about the contract and the purchasing/selling process. Jeff has a great knowledge of the area, and has deep roots in southern Maryland. Being new to the area, I felt I could rely on him to help navigate the pros and cons of different neighborhoods and areas. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house in the area.

We met Dennis Burks before meeting Jeff, and he really listened to our needs. He put together a listing of several different homes that met most of our needs and we were very pleased with the selection he put together. It was a pleasure to work with both Dennis and Jeff. We would highly recommend both Dennis and Jeff, and the Century 21 New Millennium office, to anyone searching for a new home.

Seller reviewHaving to sell a house from 500 miles away is stressful. Jeff was very helpful throughout the entire process which alleviated much of that stress. I felt confident that he was looking out for the property. He had a good network of reliable people to do the work we needed done. He was very knowledgeable of the area, the market and the value of the property which is why it sold quickly and easily. He is an intelligent, friendly, efficient agent who went above and beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in his area.
