Jeff and Dennis did an outstanding job of selling my home. At our initial meeting, they explained all aspects of a very detailed cost market analysis that they'd prepared. They also went over the entire process that would take place, from preparing to list the house to accepting an offer, settlement, etc. They listed my house with a very descriptive overview and awesome photos. Both Jeff and Dennis and their team were always very responsive to my questions. They sold my house in a very competitive market in just 3 weeks. What a top notch job! What sold us on selecting the Burks team was their immense knowledge of the area as well as their impeccable sales record.
