Seller reviewShe did a hugely successful brokers' open house to determine the price point. Ultimately that would have created a bidding war, except that the savvy buyer who had hitherto lost a number of bids, came in with a mega-bid to beat all bids --6-figures over asking price. So my house was sold immediately to the first buyer! Thanks to Kay Bajwa! She helped me do SO MANY things, being a long-distance seller, effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner and NEVER once complained -- like rearrange/stage or clear out furniture and possessions, and arrange for repairs mandated by buyer's lender. Now that I have encountered the gentle force known as Kay, her gentle, reasonable, professional approach and patience, not giving me the hard sell, though checking in with me every couple of days, with tips and ideas to facilitate my situation, she has won me over! Kay Bajwa is great with young, first time, female and even seasoned buyers, residential and commercial. She will patiently explain everything step by step and WILL TELL YOU NO LIES. I am now looking for a new home and a mixed-use commercial building and will go only to one person - "Kay" Khalida Bajwa! I would recommend her above all others!

She had her assistant Renee step in when needed. With the two out them, our teamwork was really great. I highly recommend them. Thanks Kay! The experience was long and a lot of work, but well worth it. If we made another purchase it would be with Kay.
