Seller reviewI feel that Danny went above and beyond to help me not only sell the apartment but also to put me in contact with a mover to transfer the furnishings to the Philadelphia area. He handeled the the ins and outs of working with 4600 to reserve the freight elevator and smoothly took care of other "blips" that occured. A truly efficient and motivated person. I saw that Danny was selling properties in 4600 and also owned there which meant he had detailed knowledge of the building. I spoke with a realtor friend in the Philadelphia area and she said these were good qualifications.

The ABC store next door to office was very convenient. It even has several excellent Tennessee whiskeys. Danny Leung made the transaction easier and was very forthright in discussing the nature of the property, details of sale, and the transaction process. Greats information flow and dissemination..
