Buyer reviewCherly Bare helped us propose an offer that stood out amongst other offers in a competitve market. She was extremely knowledgable about the area and all the topics of real estate and home buying that we inquired about. We can say that we wouldn't have the house we will now call home without her expertise. She and her team, Melinda and Jimmy were very personable, professional, and responsive through text, phone, and email. Cheryl clearly explained and assisted me through the entire process from choosing the selling price, tips for staging my home, providing contacts for various services like roofer/painter etc., cost effective ways to update my home, how to evaluate offers, and the closing. If she was a buyer's agent in the area where I planned to move, I would've selected her for that process! I highly recommend Cheryl for her expertise and honesty!
