Entered online market after lunch on Friday, buyer said they wanted it around 4 PM Saturday, Offer accepted on Monday. Now how can you beat that. On a scale of 1-10, Cheryl is a 20. Thanks.

Cheryl meet all these and then some. I would have no reservation in referring her to potential sellers or buyers either in Maryland or new to the area, Cheryl is your top producer for a reason. Cheryl knows the market, knows her seller and was always accessible in spite of her non-stop schedule. My home was unique and Cheryl never stopped reassuring me that we just have to find the right buyer. It took time but my goal was reached but I would like to have sold the house for a higher price. That was my biggest regret but the decision rest with me and I reached my goal. Melinda Sasser, Jimmy Bare, receptionist were all helpful and responsive throughout my property sale. Melinda was courteous and knowledgeable and represented Century 21. Kudos to all the staff for helping me throughout my listing and sale of Durham.
