Buyer review3rd home purchased with Cheryl. Could not imagine using anyone else. She always overcomes my obstacles. And I have had a lot. There had been a time when my financing fell through due to deed issues and divorce. Months later she followed up with a "hey how are things". Just to see how I'm doing personaly. I'm always excited to work with her. Hopefully I will be in this home for a long time. Only sad thing though is won't be working with Cheryl.

That process was so well managed that we never hesitated to ask her to sell our current home. She did excellent research to price and market our home properly, and the sale was much quicker and smoother than we had ever hoped. If there were any higher ratings for knowledgeable and professional I would have used them. I was told by colleagues that she was terrific and they were right. To be honest we haven't ever looked forward to dealing with real estate transactions, but she restored our faith that the right professional makes all the difference. Just Wow. I would recommend Cheryl and this team to anyone, whether buying or selling (or like us, both!)
