Seller reviewCheryl did a great job explaining the value of our property and the current sales market. We were upside down in the mortgage and she explained going in the challenges with the market. After 8 months with several viewings and no reasonable offers we took the property off the market to wait until it improved a little. When the property was relisted it had multiple offers within 2 weeks and a accepted offer within 3. Cheryl was right on the money at the proper selling point and facilitated a smooth closing. Highly recommend her as her knowledge of the area was second to none. She also worked with us to keep all costs to a minimum to help combat the negative equity.

Cheryl also gave us great advise on preparing and staging our house, it made a difference. We received many favorable comments on how well our house showed thanks to Cheryl's advise. I believe the use of a professional photographer for the listing pictures increased the number of showings.
