The process went 100% smoothly and, therefore, selected Cheryl as our agent when we bought a house several years later. We are totally satisfied with the performance of century 21. They are a very professional company, which shows in their marketing brochures, signs, language, etc. Cheryl has been our agent in four different residential home transactions. (I think that indicates her excellence.) In addition to being all of the above, Cheryl has the qualities of a "miracle worker". Our overall experience was 100% satisfaction.
