Buyer reviewEnough cannot be said about the process that led to the eventual purchase of our new home. We had originally contacted Cheryl approximately 3 years ago and had met with her on several occasions attempting to figure out how to make this process happen. We worked with Cheryl and her team to determine if we could afford to make buying a new home a reality. We ultimately made the decision in the spring of 2015 to build with a local builder. That resulted in us putting our house on the market (with Cheryl as well) and moving forward on the construction of our new home. For the vast majority of this process, there was no certainty in place that we could make this happen, but regardless, Cheryl gave us her time and expertise and helped us find the right time and way to move forward. Again, I stress, this was a 3 year process and 2 of those years were nothing more than discussions around the feasibility of moving and she treated us like we were in the market for a multi-million dollar home. She helped us make this happen. We ended up working with a local builder (at Cheryl's recommendation) and she helped us navigate the paperwork and stayed on top of the action throughout the process. When the bumps in the road surfaced (and they always do), Cheryl was quick to get involved and work on my behalf to get the issues resolved. We took ownership of the house on 2/26/16 and are thrilled with how things turned out. We know it would not have been possible without Cheryl's involvement and patience. She knows the area She knows the market. She knows the players. Simple as that .........

Seller reviewCheryl's most potentially underrated (yet highly appreciated) quality is her patience. This move was the end result of a couple (if not several) years of discussions and planning. Throughout that time, Cheryl obliged us with showings of potential new houses, met with us to review the financial scenarios to determine if a move was feasible and made herself available for a multitude of numerous and frequent questions. This was all before we collectively decided "now" was the time to go on the market. She guided us through a market that was much different than our previous experiences and helped quickly make "heads or tails" of the various scenarios in play. With her help, we were able to secure a quick sale at the price we needed which ultimately allowed us to move forward with our bigger/better plans. Without her patience and guidance, this one time "idea" would not have become reality.

Seller reviewCheryl was amazing. I loved that she told us how to stage our house. We moved out of state during this sale but Cheryl was always quick to respond if I needed her. She also passed on information to us as soon as she got it. This was our first time selling a house and it was pretty simple thanks to Cheryl and our awesome buyers. I have already recommended her to everyone I know.
