My wife and I were in Florida when we listed the house and she and her daughter Mallory did a great job of getting quotes from painters and coordinating repairs in our absence. They were on top of things from day 1 and kept us informed during the entire process. Cheryl has a great feel for the values of homes in our area, which was very helpful. We got an offer for our full asking price in less than 3 weeks!
