Buyer reviewI truly cannot say enough nice things about Cheryl and Mallory. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their real estate needs. My husband and I were first time home buyers and truly had no idea what we were doing, but luckily we had Cheryl and Mallory to assist us during the entire process. They were so supportive during our home search and knew what we were looking for before we even knew what we were looking for. They were extremely communicative and were always on top of things. As soon as we saw a house we liked, they would immediately schedule a showing and walked us through the selection process. Once we decided on the house we wanted, they worked so well in submitting a competitive offer and were just on top of things in regards to making sure we got it. Out of 6 offers, we got it! Now, the process was a whirlwind, at no fault to Cheryl and Mallory, and they worked tirelessly on ensuring this deal got done. Unfortunately, they had to deal with a not so professional listing agent, and Cheryl and Mallory remained professional the entire time and were always two steps ahead of what needed to get done. They eased our nerves and really took on all the stress that comes with buying a home. I think they were even more excited for us than we were in buying the house lol. They truly looked out for us the entire way and put our best interests first. They go above and beyond for their clients and really are the best in their field. Also, the fact that they are so well-known and have maintained such a great reputation will help make the process go that much smoother. If you're looking for a top notch realter, Cheryl and Mallory will absolutely get it done.

Seller reviewCheryl Bare did a great job. She never forced an agenda or decision and I felt like we were exploring all options and collaborating on a best option. From going live to closing took 21 days. Tough to say that wasn't a good result.
