Buyer reviewNeil did a good job. We had several offers on our house and had it closed within the month of putting it on the market. We had a lot going on and he helped us throughout the process so we didnt have to worry about all of the small things that go along with real estate sales and purchases.

Brandy was always available when I need her and if she didn't have the answers, which was rare, she would find out immediately and get back to me. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish.

Seller reviewNeil Simmons us by far the best realtor I have ever had! From the beginning he was very straightforward about what was & wasn't necessary to maximize profit on the sale of our home. He was 100% accurate in everything he said from sales timeline, closings, inspectors, move dates, necessary repairs, etc… We hired Neil as our buying & selling agent. After telling him what we were looking for in our next home & our 5 year goals, he was able to find us the perfect home. We loved the home he hand picked for us but I wanted to see other listings just to be sure. Of course, we came back to the one he originally picked & we couldn't be happier with it! Neil is honest, efficient, listens & goes to work to ensure you get exactly what you want! Hands down, BEST realtor I've ever had!!!
