Seller reviewShe seemed to be on top of the local market and had lots of contacts/buyers that were looking for a family home The sale went very smoothly and we felt it was fair for both seller and buyer. So happy that the home was sold to a young family because the house really needed children again.

Would highly recommend her and have already recommended her to other individuals. Goes the extra mile to insure that everyone is satisfied. Is still very responsive after the deal is done to answer questions that may come up after closing and before possession. Previously mentioned,easy to get a hold of and is very responsive. Felt like a member of the family by the time the deal was finished. More than patient. Our deal had many obstacles, which she handled with patients, professionalism, her knowledge and insight, and her understanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, knew my file, and was very responsive. Great team at Century 21 Signature Realty. I have not bought a house in nearly 20 years. For all of the issues that came up during the transactions, there was never a doubt that Coleen would overcome the issues and get the deal done.
