Even though it needed quite a bit of update/maintenance work to be done on it, Coleen gave it her best estimate value, matching it to comparable houses in the area. Coleen is very friendly, knowledgeable regarding the sale of our house and was open to suggestions and available for contact with her regarding any and all questions or concerns that we had reference the sale of our house. I would recommend Coleen Hetzner as a top notch realator for anyone interested in selling their house. She did a great job!

She would get back with us immediately if she had any news or information. She would also respond to emails and text at crazy hours of the night when we would send them out!!
