Seller reviewRichard did a great job selling our house. He was patient as we went through the house and got it ready to sell. My mother passed away in October and Richard was there for any questions along the way until we officially listed it in late February. We sold it for 30-40K more than I thought we would. Richard did a great job. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Indianapolis. He knows the area and has many contacts that can help with inspections, repairs, staging, etc.
