Seller reviewDave Abdullah, Kathy Sage and Katie Keasey were a good team. I got the price I wanted and the home sold within a week of listing it. The advertising is unique for local and regional papers. The pictures of the home included local sites, shopping and attractions. All rooms of the home as well as rear views of the garage and lot were included. Timely emails, calls, and texts were the norm. Pleased with the overall performance with the Dave Abdullah team.

Knowledge as to the current state of showings and cooperation with the homeowner and this receiver was outstanding. My first time working with the Abdallah Team and I will be back without considering any other realtors as I cannot imagine better service and have not had a similar experience with others. Simply outstanding.

Buyer reviewI would definitely recommend Kathy Sage of the Dave Abdallah group as you realtor, whether you are a first-time or experienced home buyer. She made sure that I was made aware of every step of the purchasing process and helped explain certain concepts that I didn't know as a first-time buyer. She was never pushy about getting a signature or filling out paperwork and was always willing to give the appropriate time to review the documents before I signed (even if those documents did not matter that much for the process). She also made sure to get documents on the place I was interested in right away for me when I needed it. Again, I would recommend working with the Dave Abdallah group and, if you can, definitely pick Kathy Sage as your realtor!
