He is very approachable, intelligent, kind, patient, communicative, diplomatic, and a master of his profession. He went above and beyond the expected while I struggled with probate issues and once cleared, sold my house in the blink of an eye! In the middle of winter! Never in my wildest dreams did I hope for such a happy ending. Most impressive: he ALWAYS gives credit to his fabulous support staff and team members.
