Seller reviewI would highly recommend Dave Abdallah when considering a realtor to sell your property. Before listing the property he took the time to show me comparable sales in the area which included interior photos. This gave me a good idea what my property was worth as I wanted to sell quickly without giving the house away. Once listed I was very impressed with how often the house was shown as it seems there were prospective buyers coming by two or three times a day. The house sold within a couple of weeks and escrow went very smoothly with Dave's staff guiding me through the process and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Having bought and sold ten properties over my lifetime this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with any realtor.
