Buyer reviewFor about a year, we were going to a lot of open house, Realtor.com , Zillow ect. We met about 15 Realtors. Most were nice and some acted like they just had a job to do. Then we met David Taylor. We felt very comfortable with him. He is very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking. He looked us in the eye and said "I will work very hard for you" We decided that he is our Realtor. We made a very wise choice. David went above and beyond our expectations! He answered all our Questions. He put us in contact to apply for a mortgage, home inspection, contractors ect. I can't say enough about this guy! HIRE DAVID TAYLOR! You wont regret it.

What I appreciated most was his patience and understanding and he never made us feel pressured or questioned our decision making or intentions. Then after finding a perfect property Dave helped us walk through the year long process of changing the zoning and negotiated effectively on our behalf at every turn and we successfully closed on the property and we couldn't be happier with his performance and generosity.
