Buyer reviewShe is a friend of my daughter and there sons are friends so I thought she would understand my situation. She took her time with me showed me different properties, used her car and went above and beyond what she had to do in order for me to get the house. She preformed magic no one thought I would get the house but Denice made it happen. Seller reviewDenise Fiore was recommended to us but a business colleague. Over all the process went well, a few bumps along the way (things outside of Denise's control) but Denise jumped in to work them out. The house was empty and a disaster on Denise's first visit as we were in the process of some repairs/updates and had recently moved out. She did a nice job of staging the house a bit, probably not that easy with an empty house but it looked nice. We had a great offer on the day it was listed and while there were a couple issues to work out, we ultimately sold to that buyer. Thanks to Denise, she did a great job.
