Buyer reviewThis was my second time working with Denise and she went above and beyond. We had to sell our house as the result of a divorce. Denise not only got us the exact terms we wanted but she handled the situation with care and compassion knowing it was a difficult decision to sell. She was also diligent in finding both of us new homes in the neighborhoods we wanted in a very tough market for buyers. I will absolutely use her again and can't recommend her enough!!

She helped us move quickly on an offer for an unexpected house of interest; this included helping us secure a preapproval within 12hr of seeing the property. Denise addressed any concerns that we had in a timely manner, including facilitation of updates/addendum to the purchase contract terms with the seller.
