Nachdem wir mehrfach Urlaub in Florida gemacht hatten, kam bei uns der Wunsch auf, selbst ein Haus in Cape Coral zu bauen. Nadja Brunner wurde uns von mehreren Seiten empfohlen. Nadja Brunner ist für jederzeit erreichbar gewesen, hat jede - noch so dumme - Frage detailliert und verständlich erklärt, hat uns vor Risiken gewarnt und hat einfach super Kenntnisse vor Ort. Letztendlich haben wir jetzt im ersten Schritt ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Golf-Zugang gekauft und werden jetzt unseren Traum mit dem Bau eines eigenen Hauses fortsetzen. Janice kommt sehr engagiert und vertrauensvoll rüber, was die Entscheidung mit ihr zusammen zu arbeiten viel einfacher macht.... sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für fragen, wenn man mit der Sache noch nicht so vertraut ist und zum ersten mal ein Grundstück oder Immobilie kauft.... ich kann nur empfehlen mit Janice zusammen zu arbeiten, weil sie immer rede und Antwort steht, bei sämtlichen fragen und belangen....

We are retiring and moving to Cape Coral from Indiana. I would highly recommend Vincent Buenfil. We learned of Vincent as he had helped our daughter and son in law secure the purchase of their home. We found a lot to build on and during the purchase the title company found some problems. Vincent had us be patient and said it would work out and it did, He took the time to introduce us to builders, show us their properties, and advise us on things to be wary of. We can keep it short by saying he is exactly what you want in real estate. He is professional, intelligent, honest, energetic, and knowledgeable.
