If you are looking to buy a house in Cape Coral, then Vincent Buentfil is the one you need to call. My husband and I met Vincent several years ago through a mutual friend. At that time we were renting. When we made the decision to buy almost three years ago we thought of him immediately. He took the the time to get to know us and our needs. He is always supporting charitable events. In fact right after hurricane Irma, he and his family orchestrated a " Feed the first responders" cookout. He gather a bunch of us together and we cooked for and fed over 200 people who just needed a hot meal. He and his family paid for the entire thing! Vincent and his family are also very active in the community supporting charity events or getting involved in cleaning up our waters. After three years of knowing Vincent, we are proud to call hm our friend.

Vincent was such a great agent. He helped answered all of our questions and was patient with us when we were trying to make decisions. He is very proficient at what he does and tries to get you the best deal possible. We are so happy with the house we bought and how fast the process went. He was such a pleasure to work with that we have already recommended him to family and friends. We couldn't be happier in our new home and community.

Vincent took the time to learn what my needs were. Even though I was very indecisive with my decisions he was very patient in letting me come to a right decision. With me living out of state is was difficult at best to schedule showings, so if I found a house on-line all I had to do was call Vincent Buenfil to take a look for me, and if it check all my boxes we could proceed. And if it didn't he was very honest in telling me. He was always available to take my calls . Vincent was very knowledgeable in the area. Vincent went out of his way to find us our dream home. We lived miles away and he took time to FaceTime us and send videos so we could see several homes. When we made visits he blocked out his schedule to show us several houses. He treated us like family. Vincent and his team made the closing easy and pain free. Vincent was able to put us in contact with handymen, electricians etc. He made sure that we didn't get someone who would take advantage of us. I highly recommend Vincent and his team!!!!
