Seller reviewWe had bad experiences with realtors in the past and I was skeptical about finding a good one. Erica Edwards was my parent's realtor a couple years ago and they spoke highly of her. I also had seen signs with her name on them in the yards of a few other homes in my neighborhood. I read her profile on Century 21 website as well as visited her Instagram account. I am so glad that I gave her a chance. She was AWESOME! I explained to her the problems that we had with realtors in the past and she listened patiently and responded with understanding. Erica went above and beyond for us! I suggested that I write a personal letter to the owners of the home we fell in love with and wanted to purchase as our next home and she encouraged and supported my idea. That decision had a strong impact on our offer being accepted. Two days later, our home sold the same day it was listed.
