Now that we are on the backend of a life changing decision to sell our 'forever home' and move from Hawaii to the mainland U.S. we are 100% positive we selected the right agent/agency. Erin and Ron (agent/husband) went above and beyond to help my wife and I – senior citizens - in ways most Realtors would have passed-on. Examples include advertising/selling possessions via social media, an experience unfamiliar to us; volunteering time and transportation to physically remove and relocate personal property to/from temporary storage facilities; arranging for highly qualified craftsmen to work punch list items. Erin even found an alternate home for our prized, aged Koi fish! Erin made herself available to address our questions seven days a week, from morning to evening, throughout entire four month home sale process. As promised when we first met, Erin Evans was there for us, during a genuine life-changing period in our lives. And we could not be any happier than we are with the results.

Working with Erin Evans was a wonderful and eye opening experience into buying a home.
