I am really happy we worked with Felicia Finn. Couldn't have asked for a better process or outcome. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy in recommendations and information. She was always available to answer questions we had, no matter how basic the question seemed. She was patient with us and did not try to rush us into anything. She was very supportive and informative about questions we had, whether it was about pricing, inspections, standards for the area. Although there were moments of stress and frustration (with the situation, not Felicia), she was reassuring and helpful. Felicia Finn gets things done! I highly recommend her. She is fantastic!
