When two different offers were on the table, she conveyed a consultative approach -- taking the time to present the facts and discussing the pros and cons of both offers. I especially liked that Felicia Finn set expectations regarding necessary actions and procedures throughout the home selling process...especially for someone who hasn't sold a home in over 30+ years! Felicia was the perfect pick!

She was always available to answer questions we had, no matter how basic the question seemed. She was patient with us and did not try to rush us into anything. She was very supportive and informative about questions we had, whether it was about pricing, inspections, standards for the area. Although there were moments of stress and frustration (with the situation, not Felicia), she was reassuring and helpful. Felicia Finn gets things done! I highly recommend her. She is fantastic!
