We needed to sell our condo quickly in a bad economy, in a buyers market at asking price, and Stacy did it. Stacy brought in a fabulous photographer and designer to help us stage the condo and shortly after we received an offer. She handled the scheduling of the inspections and did some serious negotiations with the buyers to get us nearly everything we wanted. Stellar communication, accurate pricing, a solid marketing plan.
