This was our 2nd time having Stacy represent us and it won't be our last. She was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations once again. Stacy impressed us in a number of ways. First of all, she is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. She took time to sit down with my wife and I to determine what would be a good fit for us, especially since we were relocating from out of state. She did an amazing job of explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress through it all. Stacy went the extra mile in every way. She introduced us to our mortgage representative, our handyman, our painters, the solar company we eventually hired, and she even set up a tour/lunch of the Coto de Caza Golf Club, so we could learn more about the membership there. And finally, she was able to negotiate for everything we wanted, including a great price. I would not hesitate to use Stacy again and I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase or sell a home!

She has continued to leverage her many contacts to point me in the right direction for home repairs, updates and general maintenance I have on my list. On many of these occasions she has continued to stand in for me to meet with contractors at the house since I am traveling so much. None of these were things I expected of Stacy, yet she did without hesitation. Throughout this process Stacy has shown herself to be not only a great Agent, but she is a genuinely good person.
