To be honest though I'd say all of these qualities are ones I would expect from any agent - it's what Stacy did during/after the sale, and is continuing to do, that really set her apart. Being that I was moving from across the country Stacy made herself available for every appointment, inspection, or meeting that needed to take place during the purchasing of my home since I could not physically be there. After I finally moved in she came prepared with a welcoming basket since I didn't have any of my stuff with me. She has continued to leverage her many contacts to point me in the right direction for home repairs, updates and general maintenance I have on my list. On many of these occasions she has continued to stand in for me to meet with contractors at the house since I am traveling so much. None of these were things I expected of Stacy, yet she did without hesitation. Throughout this process Stacy has shown herself to be not only a great Agent, but she is a genuinely good person. This was an easy selection! Stacy has been an amazing friend to our family for a long time! That being said, we had never dealt with her on a professional level and she couldn't have been more amazing!! You sometimes hear not to do business with friends, but she totally proved that wrong. Looking for our new house turned out to be WAY harder than my wife and I thought. We had several deals fall through, and although we were discouraged, she kept assuring us that we would find our dream home.
