My wife and I chose Kristi Fox Satsky as our realtor because two of our close friends had used her when buying their homes. My first impression of Kristi was how experienced she was. She clearly knew the market in our area, and had some good techniques for making offers look more competitive. She never made any decisions for us, but we always had her professional opinion to rely on when needed. Despite some personal tragedies while she was working with us, Kristi remained responsive. When she was not able to meet us, she had an assistant step in to help. If we were ever waiting to hear back on something, the holdup was always on the seller's side, and Kristi would let us know as soon as she heard from them. The market was not ideal for buyers when we were looking for a home, and we had a lot of uncertainty whether we would find a good fit for us, or need to increase our budget or even rent a home instead. We actually had an offer accepted that fell through after the seller was not willing to negotiate. Despite all of this, it was a lot easier to feel confident about our decisions with Kristi's advice and perspective on the market. When the right home did come up, we felt good about our offer, and never had any doubts or regrets. We are confident that we got the best deal that we could, and we love our new home!
