Kristi had worked with my husband years ago when he purchased his condo and again when he sold it after we married. She was exceptional during that transaction. I immediately trusted her and would not consider working with any other agent for the purchase of our forever home. Kristi literally held our hands throughout the entire sales process. She fought for details when the buyer tried to change agreed upon details. Kristi made herself readily available to meet with us, take calls, calm nerves, and answer questions. She even helped choose paint and fixtures that worked best for the home when multiple decisions became overwhelming for us. I would not be interested in ever working with a different broker.

As stated earlier on one of the comments Kristi really makes you feel as if you're a part of her family and give back a portion of her commission to a veteran goes above what I would expect of a real estate agent. Professionalism seems to be her top priority for herself and her team.

She balances her concern for them with mature encouragement, guiding them to always be their best. She demonstrates this personality trait to them in her actions.
