Quite simply, we hired her to sell our house quickly, and she more than lived up to her side of the bargain. This is the second time that we have worked together, and it was great to see that her wonderful, hard working attitude had not changed in 7 years. There is a reason that she is one of the most successful agents in town. She is wonderful! Kristi always made herself accessible, no matter what. Seller reviewMarket was really in transition and Kristi and I disagreed on sales price in some discussions, but ultimately she was correct in her assessment of the value as buyer was FHA and impacted by the other recent sales used as comps. I like a healthy debate and she was always respectful in her attitude and conversation. She was very responsive throughout the process and on top of her game. I was not a big client for her, but felt like one.
