Everything Kristi said and did from her first footsteps on the property with me until it sold was 'spot on' correct, timely, professional, personable, and friendly - - what improvements to make, what each improvement would cost, what each would do to the market value and asking price, - researching and coordinating with local government officials to confirm options on sub-dividing the property, - arranging property survey, and other work on the property, - timely coordination and confirmation of every negotiation detail with the buyer's agent, - accurate and timely information via phone and email, and paperwork via email.... Timely! I'm not in the same time zone. For the important matters, Kristi and her Associates really did exchange calls and email with me any time of day and night.
