Kristi was great with respect to handling our transaction. She was responsive and helpful in communication with the seller and his agent. Kristi was able to very quickly read our situation and desires as buyers. She helped us to achieve these goals and was patient and helpful through the process. She really cares about her clients and at one point offered to reduce her commission in order to make a deal happen for us in which the seller's agent were being less than forthcoming and honest. We didn't end up moving forward with that deal, due in large part to the seller's agent, but this is just one example of the length Kristi would go to for her clients. I have already recommended two clients to Kristi - she is a great realtor. Extremely knowledgeable, ethical, personable, and focused attention to detail.
