Mary Sue was very patient with us. We were initially working with her long distance. We lived in Santa Fe, NM when we started our search and she would go to a property and FaceTime with us so that we could see the different properties. Over the time period that we worked on the purchase of our house we became friends and what a great compliment to a realtor to consider them a friend in addition to a great realtor.

We partnered with Mary Sue Cady-Mainella to sell our home. We chose her because she produced the most accurate competitive analysis for the sale, and seemed more enthusiastic about selling the house than another realtor we spoke with. Through no fault of anyone involved, there were complications that arose during the sale (not unusual). Mary Sue was always there with us and dealt with all of it for us, in a professional manner. She really saved the sale at one or more points when it could have easily fallen apart. I would absolutely recommend her for any home sale in the area because she really knew the market and performed beyond our expectations when issues arose.

I had tried C21 previously and that greasy prick dumped every appt. I had no intent of working with C21 ever again. Also none of your website people ever contacted me. She was the contact on your website, so I called and complained. She was patient, she worked hard over a year+, she helped me out in so many ways. You're lucky to have her, with out her I wouldn't touch C21 with a 20 ft. pole. She was patient, hard working. She fought to get me what I needed. She went to bat against scum sucking bottom feeders who wanted to screw me over. There was so much she did and much of it she went out of her way to do. If you want: A person to get you a good deal. Someone who listens to your needs. Who will fight for her client. Works way, way hard to get you what you need. Will stick by you till you're happy. Has the connections to put you fully on track. This is the person you want. I ain't the one to suck up, in fact I was skeptical at first (See above reason.) She is one of, if not the, best ever.
